For more information, please contact Dr. Glass. The following is a summary of previous projects involving technology transfer relating to environmental technologies.

Assisted a North American multinational company identify and contact potential European partners for a bioremediation process that had been successfully field tested in the U.S. and Canada. This project was a collaboration with Umweltberatung Dr. Raphael of Schwerte, Germany. As a result of our efforts, this company has established a number of relationships with European companies for the joint testing of this technology, as a step towards ultimate commercialization in key European countries.

Assisted another North American company begin preparations for European market entry for a bioremediation product, by identifying industrial and government contacts and potential customers, in collaboration with Umweltberatung Dr. Raphael of Schwerte, Germany.

Helped a European biological products company locate innovative biological technologies for heavy metal remediation for importation and use in European markets; successfully negotiated a partnering agreement for this company with a U.S. consulting firm.

Helped two Japanese environmental firms identify and contact possible U.S. suppliers of bioremediation technology for import into Japan.

Assisted an Australian consulting firm locate U.S. sources of technology and consulting expertise for an R&D project on metal remediation.

Assisted a South American bioremediation company contact U.S. suppliers of bioremediation products and services for importation into Latin American markets, leading to several promising contacts with microbial culture manufacturers and bioremediation service providers.

Assisted a European company locate and contact U.S. manufacturers of biodegradative bacterial cultures.

Contacted several U.S. companies on behalf of a European bioremediation company seeking technologies to import to Eastern European markets.
