David Glass has a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and over thirty years of diverse management experience in several fields of biotechnology, including medical, agricultural, industrial and environmental applications. Dr. Glass's primary areas of expertise are government and regulatory affairs for renewable fuels and industrial biotechnology; and licensing, technology transfer and strategic patent management.

Currently handling tech transfer functions for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (2014 to present) and providing invention evaluation and other tech transfer support to Western New England University (July 2017 to present).
